Module 1: Business Analysis Foundation

The Business analysis foundation module teaches you the basics of business analysis. Numerous methods and techniques are discussed that you can immediately put into practice.

Module 2: Business Analysis Practice
This training is a continuation of the Business Analysis Foundation training and can only be attended after you have already done the foundation training. This training focuses on the Business Change Lifecycle and the role the business analyst plays in it. The Business case is the linchpin of change in the organization; it is the benchmark against which every project/program is measured to test its viability.

Module 3: Modelling Business Processes

This in-depth module takes you into the world of Business Process Management (BPM). First, you will learn what 'process thinking' means. As a (business) analyst, it is very important to be able to put yourself in the shoes of the business. Process thinking is an important starting point. After process-awareness, the training moves on to the subject of 'process modeling', which is the focus of this training. You learn to model processes on three levels: organizational level, business process level and task level.

Module 4: Requirements Engineering

In this module you will learn all facets related to the field of requirements engineering. You are introduced to different types of requirements, learn various elicitation techniques and are able to describe requirements SMART. In addition, extensive attention is paid to modeling and managing requirements.

Module 5: Oral exam

After you pass the four modules, preparation for the oral exam begins. In this module we repeat all the material once again and look especially at the practical applications so that you have acquired sufficient knowledge and insight to pass the oral exam. This is an English oral exam consisting of open questions. If you pass it, you will have your diploma!
